FMPA’s Board of Directors is responsible for making all final decisions for the projects of FMPA, except the All-Requirements Project, and for Agency business not directly related to All-Requirements.

The Executive Committee is composed of an appointed representative from each All-Requirements member city. The Executive Committee has power to govern and manage the business affairs of the All-Requirements Project.
