Don Ouchley
Vice Chairman
Executive Committee

Don Ouchley is the Director of Beaches Energy Services, Fla., and he serves as the elected Vice Chairman of the Florida Municipal Power Agency Executive Committee.

Ouchley was elected as FMPA’s Executive Committee Vice Chairman in July 2008, and also serves on FMPA’s Board of Directors.

 

Ouchley has more than 39 years of experience in the electric utility industry. He has served as the Director of Beaches Energy Services since 2006. Prior to joining the city of Jacksonville Beach, he served seven years as the General Manager of Piedmont Municipal Power Agency.

He is a registered professional engineer in the states of Louisiana, Texas and Washington. Ouchley holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a master’s degree in business management from City University in Seattle, Wash.
