Instructions for Requesting Transmission Service
1. Complete the Transmission request form and either fax or e-mail the form to the fax number or e-mail address on the form.

2. If the entity requesting services is not an Eligible Customer under the Tariff, you must be an Eligible Customer upon commencement of service.

3. Approval or denial of the request will be sent back to you.

Transmission requests will be processed and approved on a  first in basis, based on the date and time stamp of received requests.

Rates: FMPA and its respective cities Open Access Rate Schedules for transmission service as of October 24, 1997 are shown with the monthly Available Transmission Capacity (ATC):

For a request for firm service, please provide a description of the supply characteristics of the capacity and energy to be delivered and an estimate of the capacity and energy expected to be delivered.
