Howard McKinnon

Howard McKinnon, CPA is the Town Manager of the Town of Havana and serves as the Chairman of the All-Requirements Project Executive Committee.
McKinnon was elected as Chairman of the Executive Committee in July 2011 and re-elected in 2012. He has served on the Committee and FMPA's Board of Directors since 2006.
McKinnon has worked for the town of Havana since 2005 when he was hired as the Finance Director. He was named Town Manager in 2006. Prior to joining the town of Havana, he served eight years as County Manger of Gadsden County, Fla.
McKinnon is the President of the Florida Municipal Electric Association and a member of the American Public Power Association and Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received the Larry Hobart Seven Hats Award from the American Public Power Association in 2010. McKinnon holds a bachelor's degree and master's degree from The Florida State University.
