Compensation

FMPA offers market-based compensation and gives annual performance reviews with merit-based pay, which supports fairness and reward success.

Insurance

FMPA pays 100% of the medical insurance premium for eligible employees and 50% for dependents, and provide optional dental, vision and other insurances.

Time-Off

All employees receive 11 paid holidays per year. Full-time and part-time employees are eligible for vacation and sick/personal leave.

Flexible Schedules

Alternate and flexible work schedules are available to help team members integrate the demands of work and personal life.

Plan for Retirement

FMPA contributes 10% of employees’ gross base wage toward retirement, and employees can customize their contributions as it fits their lifestyle.

Training & Education

FMPA invests in their team members by offering training, tuition reimbursement and professional organization memberships to help employees grow in their career.
