Brightening our Communities
It’s common to see FMPA employees using their generous, giving spirit to help brighten the Central Florida community. With approximately 70 full-time employees, FMPA’s staff may seem small, but together, we make a big impact in our community.

In 2011, FMPA employees made a positive impact in the community by supporting several charitable organizations through fundraisers, employee events and local drives.
During the year, employees raised more than $16,300 through staff fundraisers and events for three local charities, including Heart of Florida United Way, The Russell Home for Atypical Children, and Children’s Home Society.
FMPA employees’ also collected non-perishable food items to support the Russell Home year-round and to provide holiday meals for a family in need.
In September, FMPA participated in United Way’s 2011 Days of Caring, providing landscaping and maintenance assistance to Help Now of Osceola, a center for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
In December, employees donated toys, bikes, clothes, electronics and more as part of its annual holiday gift drive for 75 children from Children’s Home Society.
